our love story

Sydney and Zach have known each other since middle school! However, they did not officially "hang out" until 9th grade.  After that, Zach asked Sydney to be his girlfriend, but it only lasted a couple of weeks.  Still, they remained good friends through high school, and talking every now and then during college.  In December, 2015, they reconnected back in RVA, hanging out as friends.  Little did they know, they each had always wanted to be more than that-it just never seemed like the right time.  Once they made their relationship official, they have been inseparable ever since!  Sydney and Zach share a love for Christmas, so while they were home decorating the Christmas tree and listening to Christmas music, Zach got down on one knee and asked Sydney to spend the rest of her life with him.  He even designed the ring after Sydney's great-grandmother's ring (that she wears every day).  Of course Sydney said, "YES!"
